Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Emergency & Urgent Care

If you believe your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call our clinic and speak to one of our receptionist. We will accept any and all walk-in emergencies during our open business hours, but please call ahead so we can better accommodate you and your pet upon arrival.

We rotate emergency call week nights and weekends with several other Eastern Shore veterinary clinics, as well as the MedVet emergency clinic in Mobile. Please call our office at 251-928-7728 for more information.

Payments

In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express), CareCredit, Scratchpay, checks and cash.
